  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and website usage collected via HubSpot and analytics tools.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly to:

  • Provide and manage requested services.

  • Schedule appointments via Calendly and send reminders.

  • Process payments and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.

  • Comply with legal obligations, including California Notary Public requirements.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers (HubSpot, Calendly, Venmo, Zelle and QuickBooks) necessary to operate our business, or when required by law.

  • Do Not Track: Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals from your browser.

  • Minors: Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
