Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 21, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by NextGen Mobile Notary & Books LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to the following:

1. Description of Services

We provide virtual bookkeeping services nationwide and mobile notary/loan signing services within California. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal or tax advice.

2. Appointments & Travel Fees

Notary Services: Travel fees are agreed upon at the time of booking. Travel fees are earned upon arrival and are non-refundable even if the notarization cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond the Notary's control (e.g., lack of valid ID).
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $15 cancellation Fee.

3. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate information and, for notary services, must present valid, government-issued photo identification. We reserve the right to refuse service if legal requirements for notarization are not met or if a signer appears to be under duress or lacks competency.

4. Bookkeeping Services

Our bookkeeping services are based on information provided by the client. We do not perform audits or independent verifications of your financial data. The client is responsible for the final accuracy of all financial statements and tax filings.

5. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified in a signed engagement letter. Unpaid balances after 30 days may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.

6. Limitation of Liability

NextGen Mobile Notary & Books LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
