NextGen Mobile Notary & Books LLC provides:

• Virtual bookkeeping services across all 50 U.S. states

• Mobile notary and loan signing services within designated areas in California

• Related administrative and document services

Service availability is subject to location, scheduling, and compliance requirements.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance using our online booking tool or by direct contact.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments without notice may result in service fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

• Having valid identification for notary services

• Reviewing documents before appointments

• Ensuring signers are mentally competent and willing

We reserve the right to decline service if legal requirements are not met.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, ACH, and third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, QuickBooks).

• Late or failed payments may result in interest charges and service suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver accurate and timely services, we are not liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party systems, incomplete documents, or client inaction

• Financial losses resulting from client misuse of reports or notarized documents

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and branding — is the property of NextGen Mobile Notary & Books LLC and may not be copied, modified, or used without written consent.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
