### What areas do you serve in person?

Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Montclair, Ontario, Fontana, Rialto, Riverside and nearby Inland Empire cities. Outside our area? Ask us about travel options.

### How do I book an appointment?

Book online through our scheduling page, call or text (909) 244-7111, or email info@nextgenmobilenotaryandbooks.com. We confirm the time, location and total cost before your appointment.

### Do you charge more for evenings or weekends?

No. Evening and weekend appointments are available at no additional charge.

### Are you certified and insured?

## Mobile notary questions

### How much does a mobile notary cost in Rancho Cucamonga?

$15 per notarized signature, the maximum set by California law (rising to $20 on January 1, 2027), plus a travel fee based on distance from ZIP 91730: $30 for 1–10 miles, $50 for 11–25 miles, $70 for 26–50 miles and $100 minimum for 51+ miles. You get the total before we confirm.

### Where can you meet me?

At your home, office, hospital, care facility or a local café, anywhere in Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Montclair, Ontario, Fontana, Rialto, Riverside and nearby areas.

### How soon can I get an appointment?

Often the same day. We also offer evening and weekend appointments. Book online or call or text (909) 244-7111.

### What should I bring?

A current government-issued photo ID, your documents unsigned, and every person who needs to sign.

### What if I don't have a valid ID?

California law allows identity to be proven by credible witnesses in some cases. Let us know before the appointment and we'll explain what's needed.

### Can you tell me what document I need or fill it out for me?

No. Notaries in California can't give legal advice, prepare documents or choose a notarial certificate for you. For those questions, please contact an attorney or the agency requesting the document.

### Can you notarize at a hospital or care facility?

Yes. The signer must be alert, aware of what they're signing, willing to sign, and have acceptable ID.

## Loan signing questions

### How much does a loan signing cost?

Loan signing packages are $125–$275. The final quote depends on location, document volume and the number of signers.

### What types of loan signings do you handle?

Purchases, refinances, HELOCs, seller packages, loan modifications and reverse mortgages, plus full real estate closing packages.

### What if a signature or initial is missed?

Our Clean Package Guarantee: we fix it immediately at no cost, or your next signing is free.

### Are you certified and insured?

Yes. NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent, background screened, bonded, with $100,000 errors & omissions insurance. California Notary Commission #2431869.

### Is there a fee for additional signers?

Yes, $15 per additional signer ($20 starting January 1, 2027).

## Bookkeeping & payroll questions

### How much does bookkeeping cost?

Monthly plans are $250 (Compliance Essentials), $350 (Growth & Full Cycle) and $450 (Strategic Clarity). Payroll starts at $50 plus $4.50 per employee per month.

### Do you work with businesses outside California?

Yes. Bookkeeping is 100% virtual through QuickBooks Online, for small businesses in all 50 states.

### Is the QuickBooks Online subscription included?

No. The QuickBooks Online subscription is billed separately. Transactions over your plan's limit are $2 each.

### Is there a new client offer?

Yes. Pay 2 months in advance and receive 1 month free, or pay 3 months in advance and receive 2 months free. New clients only; ends December 31, 2026.

### Do you prepare tax returns?

No. We keep your books accurate and organized in QuickBooks Online so your tax preparer has clean, ready-to-use records.
